SOME OF MY FAVORITE EVENTS
GBTA CONFERENCE NETWORKING LOUNGE - Chicago, IL
Uber for Business partnered with Opus Agency to create a cafe and headshot experience for attendees of GBTA19 to grab a cup of coffee, a professional headshot, and connect with the Uber for Business team. The 40'x40' space accommodated hundreds of attendees per hour. The comfortable seating area offered opportunites for customers and prospects to connect with the Uber for Business team. Attendees also enjoyed connecting with other industry experts while waiting in line for a coffee or headshot.
GBTA COCKTAIL PARTY - Chicago, IL
Conference evenings are for networking with peers, customers, and prospecting. Chicago has a lot to offer and attendees have plenty of options to choose from. Uber for Business partnered with Opus Agency to create a warm and inviting atmosphere at Level 33, located 1 block from the convention center. We offered guests an early happy hour to kick-off their night of networking with light appetizers and cocktails, a fun photo booth with a gorgeous view of the Chicago skyline, and a quiet and relaxing opportunity for the Uber for Business team to connect with customers and prospects with a professional pianist to set the mood.
GBTA - Chicago, IL
GBTA19 in Chicago, IL hosted 7,500 professionals across the global business travel industry. Uber for Business partnered with the event experience experts at Opus Agency to create a 20'x20' booth with prime placement on the convention floor. The Uber for Business booth was buzzing with curious prospects and enthusiastic customers looking to expand their knowledge and offerings. Meetings were held in the booth to offer convenience to attendees. The Uber for Business team of sales representatives and subject matter experts were available at all times to answer questions, provide thoughtful solutions, and offer an opportunity to connect post-conference.
CLOUDERA SESSIONS - North America
Cloudera Sessions is a complimentary one-day conference for data professionals. I traveled to 7 North American cities in 2018 including Toronto and Mexico City. I manage all show logistics and worked cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Sales, and Creative while managing partner sponsorships. Cloudera Sessions was the highest performing program in Event Marketing at Cloudera in 2018.

CLOUDERA BAY AREA MERGER CELEBRATION - San Francisco, CA
It is not every day you have the opportunity to plan a company merger party. I was honored to provide Cloudera + Hortonworks the celebration any two companies deserve after such an achievement. Cloudera's Bay Area Merger Celebration was held at August Hall, San Francisco's hottest new venue. Formerly Ruby Skye, an iconic San Francisco night club for decades, now transformed into an art deco inspired, multi-level, concert hall with a speakeasy bar, bowling alley, and arcade games. The night was a swinging good time with a 19 piece jazz band on the main stage, live musicians in the speakeasy bar, a ball pit photo booth in the bowling alley, and one of SF's best new and upcoming DJ's closing out the night on a hoverboard. In this role I oversaw management of the event from concept to completion, working closely with HR, Marketing, Creative, and Production teams, managing budget, vendors, and timeline to accomplish a successful event for 1,000 employees!

PARTNER SUMMIT - New York Stock Exchange
Cloudera's annual partner summit was held at the New York Stock Exchange in 2018. This one-day event includes a keynote, panel, roundtable, and th e day wraps up with an awards ceremony for those partners that have made an impact with Cloudera. I worked closely with Partner Marketing to ensure the event was a success, coordinating all logistics with the venue and Partner Marketing team.

DATA IMPACT AWARDS - New York, NY
Cloudera's Data Impact Awards are an annual red carpet affair in New York City. The awards acknowledge Cloudera's key customers and their contributions to Cloudera's success. The awards show returned to Gotham Hall in 2018 for another evening of celebration. It was an awesome experience supporting the Customer Advocacy team on this event.

A company winter wonderland holiday party in San Francisco. Employees enjoyed a night of entertainment and holiday festivities. There was no shortage of fun to participate in with casino, caricature artist, DJ and dance floor, my custom made holiday photo booth, and performances from an LED hula hooper and flamenco dance group.

The ServiceNow Knowledge Conference is one of the largest ITSM tradeshow events of the year with over 13,000 attendees. BDNA was a gold sponsor at this years conference in Orlando, FL with a 20’x20’ booth presence, customer breakout session, and an evening networking reception with robot DJ, LED dancers, illuminated cocktail servers, and photobooth with custom product signs! There were several sponsor cocktail receptions but BDNA’s was the most memorable. I had a lot of fun assisting in the coordination of BDNA's booth and reception at K17.

Executive advisory council gathered for a cocktail reception and dinner to discuss the importance of design and innovation. It was an evening of top shelf cocktails, world class wines, and fine dining at a San Francisco design studio.

THIRTY YEAR COMPANY ANNIVERSARY - San Francisco, CA

A San Francisco design firm turns thirty! I was fortunate to be given the freedom to design and produce this thirty year anniversary party for one of San Francisco's oldest design firms. My favorite design elements were my mirror ball ceiling design, made with over 200 mylar balloons, and my triple X marquee sign design. Both design elements created a provocative entrance for attendees.

PRESIDIO WEDDING - San Francisco, CA
Katherine and Christina were married on a gorgeous day in the Presidio with San Francisco's iconic fog drifting through the Golden Gate Bridge as their backdrop. There were so many beautiful moments that day with the breathtaking weather, a San Francisco pedicab bridal entrance, Mariachi performers playing the processional as well as on the trolley for guests from ceremony to reception, and the unforgettable surprise lip synch and dance performance from Katherine for Christina, especially mixed with all their favorite songs.
